How do I track my order?

My tracking number isn’t working?

Where do I find my tracking number?

We can help with that!

Here at GF GYM we use 2 main couriers. Yodel, and Royal Mail. Depending on what product you order, will dictate the courier we use to ship your order.

What courier your order is shipped with is detailed in your confirmation email once your order is fulfilled, along with your tracking number.

Once you have your tracking number, you can begin to start tracking your order.

Below, we will detail how to track your Yodel parcel. As this is where most of our tracking related questions come from!

Once you have your Yodel tracking number, which should look a little like this: “8XVPK6908973A056” (example), you can head on over to yodel.co.uk and select either of the “tracking” tabs as displayed below. Or, download the Yodel app. To keep it simple, we will focus on the web browser.

Once tracking is selected, enter your tracking number and the postcode of the delivery address.

Once you've hit the “track” button, your tracking status will be shown.

To investigate your order’s journey, tap “My parcel’s journey” as displayed below.
